As Tech Lead, you will work in an exciting, international and fast-paced work environment, and will be given challenging and diverse opportunities. You will also collaborate closely with product teams and engineers to become a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team.

- Know how to build user-friendly, secure, data-rich applications

- Are experienced with modern coding, testing, debugging and automation techniques
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and can communicate your ideas
- Have experience working with backend engineers and designers when building user interfaces
To be part of the team, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or similar
- Be an expert in Java
- A broad range of exposure to modern persistence tech (relational, nosql, distributed cache)
- Experienced in modern cloud stacks (AWS, azure...), container tech (docker, kubernetes) & devops with strong CI/CD mentality
- Exposure to machine learning / AI methodologies on complex and unstructured data sets desirable
- Business level English fluency
- Be collaborative by nature and outcome focused
- Be passionate about experimenting with technology and honing their coding craft
